Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate accounting, robust reporting and strict compliance with regulatory standards. This role combines oversight of day‑to‑day financial operations with strategic analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and maintain the general ledger.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Drive monthly FP&A activities, including profitability analysis, cost monitoring and business partnering.
• Prepare and manage revenue and cost budgets, validate product costing and support annual operating plan and business‑plan reviews.
• Coordinate statutory, tax and transfer‑pricing compliance, and manage internal and external audits.
• Perform reconciliation between IFRS and Indian GAAP and address any related accounting issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial accounting, AP/AR management and general ledger oversight.
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with audit processes, statutory compliance and tax or transfer‑pricing matters.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and Indian GAAP accounting principles.
