Financial Controller – Hospitality Finance Leader

About the role

Treebo Hospitality Ventures is seeking a dynamic finance leader to own the end‑to‑end finance function for its hotel operations. You will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management and internal controls, while acting as a strategic partner to operational teams to drive profitability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full accounting and financial reporting lifecycle for hotel operations, ensuring timely month‑end and year‑end closures.
• Develop and manage the annual operating plan (AOP), rolling forecasts and variance analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Oversee treasury, fund planning, collections and working‑capital optimisation.
• Identify cost leakages, drive operational efficiencies and improve unit‑level profitability.
• Manage vendor evaluations, commercial negotiations and contract lifecycle management.
• Implement robust SOPs and internal financial controls to ensure compliance and financial discipline.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–8+ years post‑qualification experience.
• 2–3 years of senior controllership experience (Financial Controller, Head of Finance or equivalent).
• Domain exposure to hospitality, retail, F&B or multi‑unit operations is preferred.
• Proven track record of cost optimisation and profitability improvement.
• Strong leadership, analytical problem‑solving and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
