About the role

Voylla is seeking a Financial Controller / Chartered Accountant to join its Jaipur team. The role involves preparing and analysing financial statements, managing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and present financial statements and reports.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and maintain internal controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Identify financial opportunities and risks to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, audit requirements and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive growth initiatives.

Required profile

• CA qualification with experience in leadership or financial management.
• Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial compliance standards, tax laws and audit processes.
• Experience in retail or e‑commerce is a plus.
