Financial Control Junior Manager - North America Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Control Junior Manager to support North America new business integration. The role sits within the Finance team of a global consumer‑goods organisation and works closely with the RTR, FP&A and market finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post month‑end journal entries in coordination with RTR and FP&A.
• Maintain accounting records and documentation in line with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform general‑ledger reconciliations for banking, creditors, debtors and inventory.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Coordinate submission of actual and forecast cash‑flow and support working‑capital reporting.
• Support brand integration into the distribution and supply model.
• Identify opportunities for accounting process improvement and contribute to automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience with month‑end closing and journal entry preparation.
• Familiarity with accounting standards and internal control requirements.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• QuickBooks (or similar accounting tool).
• SAP (basic navigation).
• General‑ledger reconciliation techniques.
• Understanding of accounting policies and CARM requirements.
