Financial Analyst II – Global Real Estate & Facilities FP&A

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) finance team. You will support a worldwide portfolio of owned and leased office properties, helping to drive financial performance across construction, fit‑out, operations, and decommissioning phases.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and provide global support for GREF vendors, including vendor set‑up, purchase order launch, invoice processing, and payment assistance.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting cycles and manage monthly OPEX accruals.
• Collaborate with regional finance, facilities, accounting, and external partners to ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives, streamline regional and global operational processes, and enhance the period‑end close review.
• Develop automated solutions, conduct root‑cause analysis on issues, and support organizational projects.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial close activities, forecasting models, and reporting tools while driving continuous innovation.
