Financial Analyst I, GFS Services FP&A

About the role

The Financial Analyst I will join the Global Financial Services (GFS) team to support FinOps AP teams worldwide. You will own detailed analysis of forecasting models, providing visibility into work driver forecasts, average handling time trends, and headcount requirements to enable data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monthly review and governance of data quality for process models.
• Coordinate with AP Ops teams to validate headcount allocations and work‑driver assumptions (inflows, backlogs, overtime, productivity).
• Identify efficiency opportunities through AHT tracking and communicate findings to business and service‑center leadership.
• Leverage Anaplan work‑driver and headcount data to validate ROI/savings assumptions for new investments and ACES projects.
• Update project impacts in bottom‑up forecast assumptions and track variance post‑implementation.
• Partner with the WCP Anaplan Build team to design and automate new forecasting models.
• Provide business requirement documents to the FinAuto team for automating data pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with master data management, dashboarding, and automated data collection/reporting.
• Proven ability to own program strategy, deliver end‑to‑end solutions, and present results to senior leadership.
• Analytic and data‑management capabilities, including reporting of complex data.
• Experience with dimensional data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
