Finance Manager – Operations Finance (India)

About the role
Amazon is looking for a senior Finance Manager to partner with its fast‑growing India Operations network. The role will drive financial planning, forecasting and reporting while supporting cost‑out initiatives and network design decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Own weekly and monthly financial planning, forecasting and reporting models for the operations network.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations and Procurement to optimize network topology, drive cost‑optimization and vendor negotiations.
- Develop and maintain key reporting metrics and ensure consistent global recording of financials.
- Collaborate with corporate and local accounting teams to align financial reporting.
- Identify and launch tools for simplification and automation of finance processes.
Required profile
- 7+ years of finance partnering or related analytical experience.
- Experience in e‑commerce, supply chain, logistics or FMCG preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage finances of high‑growth businesses and influence multiple stakeholders.
- CA or MBA qualification is preferred.
