Senior Advisor – Operational Risk & Resilience

About the role

As a Senior Advisor in Non‑Financial Risk – Operational Risk & Resilience within Group Technology, you will lead risk assessments, embed controls and advise business partners to ensure resilient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational risk and resilience assessments across processes, technology, data and third‑party value chains.
• Design, improve and embed sustainable risk controls aligned with enterprise frameworks and regulatory obligations.
• Translate risk frameworks and policies into practical business outcomes and support governance forums.
• Provide data‑driven risk insight using analytics tools, monitor control effectiveness and drive remediation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in operational and resilience risk management across end‑to‑end value chains.
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations, risk frameworks and ability to translate them into business actions.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and advisory skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
