Finance Manager – FinOps Business Partnering

About the role

The Finance Manager – FinOps Business Partnering leads Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) initiatives, collaborating with tax, accounting, legal and finance teams to enable smooth product launches and operational excellence. You will act as a bridge between finance operations and the broader business, driving automation, standardisation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support new business and product launches through finance operations systems, processes and policies.
• Work with internal and external tax experts on indirect tax regulations, assess impacts on O2C technologies and recommend configuration changes.
• Lead digitisation and automation projects, conduct benchmarking, gather stakeholder feedback and translate insights into scalable technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow and productivity, applying global best practices while tailoring solutions to local needs.
• Drive end‑to‑end O2C improvements, monitor input and output KPIs, and hold upstream teams accountable for defect reduction.
• Develop and enforce controllership and compliance procedures, ensuring alignment with finance operations processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including 4+ years in Accounts Receivable.
• Proven ability to apply financial KPIs to analysis and drive process improvements through automation.
• Experience leading continuous‑improvement projects with measurable results.
• CA or MBA qualification preferred.
