Finance Manager, Devices and Services Finance

About the role

Amazon’s Devices and Services Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance for the Devices and Services Sales and Marketing organization in India. You will partner with sales, marketing and cross‑functional teams to shape strategy, build financial models and drive business decisions for products such as Kindle, Fire TV and Echo.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing analysis and evaluate product lifetime value for new product launches.
• Assess and approve business cases for demand‑generation activities across multiple sales channels.
• Evaluate and approve channel investments, including field‑force and capex projects.
• Own the annual planning cycle and long‑range planning for assigned categories or channels.
• Support month‑end close, analyze variances versus forecast and provide actionable insights.
• Identify and implement technology‑driven automation and simplification solutions for financial processes.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of finance experience.
• Master’s degree (MBA, CA or equivalent).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong written/oral English communication.
• Prior experience in sales and marketing finance within India is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial tools such as Cognos is a plus.
