Finance Analyst L1 – Up to 4 LPA

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Finance Analyst L1 to support financial reporting, business performance analysis, budget monitoring, and day‑to‑day finance operations. The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel expertise, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations.
• Analyze business performance and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Monitor budgets and track expenditures to ensure compliance with targets.
• Support daily finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct cost analysis and aid budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Interpret financial statements and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA/Finance or M.Com a plus).
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounts, MIS or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, Power Query).
• Financial analysis & MIS reporting.
• Budgeting & forecasting.
• Cost analysis.
• Financial statement interpretation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime).
• Experience with Power BI (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
