Field Sales Executive – Chandigarh Airport Area

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will generate new business opportunities for building‑services products across the Chandigarh Airport region. You will work directly with contractors, consultants, builders and institutional customers to understand project needs and convert enquiries into orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities from commercial, industrial, government and institutional projects.
• Promote HVAC, plumbing, piping, valves, actuators, pumps and related building‑services products.
• Visit contractors, consultants and project sites regularly; conduct meetings to capture project specifications and BOQs.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up to secure purchase orders.
• Track sales opportunities, manage order pipelines and liaise with accounts and dispatch teams.
• Collect market intelligence on upcoming projects, competitor activities and pricing.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base.

Required profile

• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable with frequent field visits.
• Strong time‑management, coordination and independent‑working abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for B2B interactions.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping, pumps and valves.
• Knowledge of building‑services product ranges.
• Familiarity with quotation preparation and commercial negotiations.
