Field Biologist – Pest Audits (Sonepat)

About the role

The Associate/Field/Senior Field Biologist will lead pest audit activities for large‑scale customers across food, pharma, retail and ITES sectors. Reporting administratively to the District Manager and functionally to Opex QA, the role involves on‑site inspections, audit reporting and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pest audits for global and key national accounts, including food & pharma manufacturing units, warehouses, large retailers and ITES sites.
• Complete and submit audit reports within 24 hours of inspection, following contract agreements and iCABs calendar.
• Provide guidance to branch operation teams to streamline documentation at customer sites.
• Generate service leads based on audit recommendations and conduct technical performance assessments (TPA) for technicians.
• Perform surprise visits, identify improvement areas, and mentor site technicians for better service delivery.

Required profile

• Understanding of service operations, including technician, supervisor and admin activities.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and SOPs such as AIB, BRC, FSSC, SQF, LEED.
• Knowledge of SHE regulations and ATEX L2 requirements.
• Ability to identify ATEX atmospheres during audits and report appropriately.
