FHS TSP Engineer – Fleet Configuration & Continued Airworthiness

About the role

Airbus FHS is seeking a dedicated Engineer to oversee fleet configuration and continued airworthiness for its Tailored Support Program (TSP) in India and South Asia. The role ensures that airline customers receive high‑quality, on‑time services while complying with local airworthiness regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Independently verify aircraft configuration status maintained by customer records.
• Maintain oversight of component trees, constituent assemblies, empty positions and related AMOS transactions.
• Monitor aircraft airworthiness status, including ARC, ADs, SBs, LLPs and TCIs.
• Coordinate with customer technical records to deliver fleet technical management outputs on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance programs, defect management, service bulletins and airworthiness directives.
• Provide alerts and escalations for any non‑conformities.
• Integrate the local team with the global FHS‑TSP/FTM community, sharing best practices and supporting improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of aircraft configuration and airworthiness processes.
• Experience working with airline engineering or material management teams.
• Ability to work independently and ensure data quality in IT tools.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and MROs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AMOS (Airbus Maintenance Operations System).
• Experience using MIS (Management Information Systems) for data tracking.
