F&B Team Leader

About the role

Join Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests and members. You will work in a dynamic restaurant environment, ensuring service excellence and adherence to Hilton’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously, handling queries with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing regulations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and product offerings.
• Ensure all floor stations are well stocked and properly set up (mise‑en‑place).
• Process orders accurately and deliver food and beverage items in a timely manner.
• Handle cash transactions and follow correct reporting procedures.
• Uphold Hilton grooming standards, uniform dress code, and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire safety, and health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience in food and beverage service or related hospitality roles.
