St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, a luxury brand within Marriott International, is seeking a dedicated professional to lead Food & Beverage operations for the Voyage‑AP property in Mobor, Goa. Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service across all outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain and enforce St. Regis brand standards, including the signature Butler Service.
• Manage and develop F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
• Control costs, monitor inventory, and drive profitability while preserving quality.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage management within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering anticipatory service.
• Understanding of Indian hospitality regulations and standards.
