About the role
Escobar is seeking a proactive F&B Executive to lead day‑to‑day restaurant operations in its Bandra West location. You will ensure smooth service, high guest satisfaction, and compliance with all hygiene and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinating kitchen, bar, and service teams.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and hospitality.
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI and safety regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Supervise and train service staff on SOPs, grooming, and service standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and manpower management.
- Support inventory control, stock ordering, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure accurate billing, KOT management, and cash handling procedures.
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing events, parties, and special promotions.
- Monitor daily sales, generate reports, and track operational performance.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well‑groomed, presentable appearance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
