F&B and Event Service Expert

About the role

As an F&B and Event Service Expert you will create memorable guest experiences by delivering seamless food, beverage and event services at our Vagator Beach location. You will work closely with kitchen teams, event coordinators and front‑of‑house staff to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly from setup to clean‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables, event materials and service stations according to event specifications.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen and coordinate timing.
• Welcome guests, acknowledge arrivals, and provide attentive service throughout the event.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures and complete required training and certifications.
• Adhere to uniform standards and protect confidential and proprietary information.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting objects up to 25 lb, and reaching overhead or below knee level.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in food‑and‑beverage service or event support.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
