Executive Protection Officer

About the role

The Executive Protection Officer is responsible for safeguarding designated individuals, premises, and assets of the Adani Group. This role involves implementing security strategies, conducting on‑ground protection duties, and responding swiftly to emergencies and incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Implement protection strategies and protocols defined by the Executive Protection Lead.
• Maintain constant vigilance, identify potential threats, and take immediate corrective action.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites or residences, ensuring all entry and exit points are secure.
• Monitor and control access, allowing entry only to authorized personnel.
• Operate and monitor surveillance systems, such as CCTV, to maintain situational awareness.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, and report them to the Executive Protection Lead.
• Escort individuals, monitor movements, and ensure safe transportation.
• Execute emergency evacuation or safety protocols as required.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, local communities, and service providers during crises.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive or close protection, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent understanding of security policies, access‑control procedures, and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to work closely with internal teams and external agencies.
