Executive N – Concrete Technologist

About the role

The Executive N – Concrete Technologist is a frontline specialist responsible for delivering technical concrete solutions to clients, supporting sales conversion and driving growth of admixture products across the assigned geography. The role involves extensive travel to project sites for on‑site testing, formulation, and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Customize admixture formulations at site level to meet client performance requirements and conduct performance testing.
• Prepare and deliver finalized formulation samples for client evaluation.
• Design specialized concrete mixes such as self‑compacting and precast concrete.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical assistance and on‑site sampling to build customer confidence.
• Develop long‑term relationships with RMCs, contractors, and QA/QC personnel to generate business.
• Collect and analyse competitor product samples to inform product improvements.
• Support marketing with product trials and generate market intelligence.
• Collaborate with R&T for new product development based on market feedback.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (minimum 50% marks, no backlogs) from a Tier III/IV institute.
• 1–8 years of experience in ready‑mix concrete or admixture companies.
• Strong understanding of advanced concrete technology and admixture applications.
