About the role
The Executive Level N – Human Resources role supports the HR function in Visakhapatnam, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, training compliance and payroll accuracy. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure timely delivery of HR services and adherence to key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain recruitment turnaround time (TAT) and ensure on‑time hiring.
- Execute HRIT actions within defined timelines.
- Manage apprentice staffing and related processes.
- Resolve employee grievances and achieve closure targets.
- Monitor and ensure training compliance across the organization.
- Oversee payroll processing and correct payroll errors.
- Handle employee claims and achieve closure within the stipulated TAT.
Required profile
- Educational qualification: MBA in Human Resources, MHRM or MSW (preferred).
- 1‑3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet HR KPIs and deliver results.
