Executive Level N – HR (Visakhapatnam)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Level N professional to join our Human Resources team in Visakhapatnam. The role focuses on delivering key HR services while meeting defined performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes ensuring recruitment turnaround time (TAT) targets are met.
• Execute HR‑IT actions promptly to support employee data and system updates.
• Manage apprentice staffing and onboarding activities.
• Address employee grievances and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor and maintain training compliance across the organization.
• Identify and resolve payroll errors, maintaining accuracy.
• Process employee claims and achieve the stipulated TAT for claim closure.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources or MHRM; MSW is a preferred qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, grievance handling and training compliance.
• Ability to work with defined KPIs and deliver results within set timelines.
