Executive – Income Audit

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Executive – Income Audit to join the finance team at Raffles Udaipur. The role involves conducting comprehensive income and tax compliance audits, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies while providing actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough income audits and tax compliance reviews across multiple systems.
• Analyze financial records, transactions and documentation to spot discrepancies and non‑compliance.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, recommendations and corrective action plans.
• Reconcile income accounts and verify data accuracy.
• Assess internal controls and evaluate existing audit procedures.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting and operational teams to gather documentation and clarify findings.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and track corrective actions.
• Stay updated on changes in income tax regulations, audit standards and compliance requirements.
• Maintain organized audit work papers and present findings to management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional experience in income, tax or financial audit.
• Strong knowledge of income‑tax regulations, compliance requirements and audit standards.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple audit engagements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or audit management tools.
• Financial analysis and data reconciliation.
