Accountant – Full‑time, On‑site in Udaipur

About the role

REGAL STONES INDIA is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its finance team in Udaipur. This full‑time, on‑site position will support day‑to‑day financial operations and ensure accurate record‑keeping for the stone and building materials business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, post journal entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare and review invoices, and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including financial statement preparation.
• Support tax filings, statutory compliance, and coordinate with external auditors or consultants.
• Generate financial reports for management and collaborate with operations for cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within manufacturing or trading.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• High integrity and professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and basic data analysis.
