Executive Housekeeper (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

The Den, a luxury hotel in Bengaluru’s Whitefield business district, is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping operations. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that guest rooms, public areas and laundry services meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping activities across 226 rooms, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Supervise and schedule the housekeeping team, including training, performance monitoring and motivation.
• Manage laundry operations, linen inventory and garment care, guaranteeing timely delivery and optimal condition.
• Control stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, coordinating with procurement as needed.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Implement and monitor health, safety and hygiene protocols throughout the property.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with staff, management and guests.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Organizational aptitude for managing schedules, inventories and operational tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
