About the role
The Executive Assistant supports the Multi‑property General Manager of St. Regis and Marriott Marquis in South Asia. This full‑time position handles a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring smooth communication between the GM, staff, and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare reports, presentations and statistical data for senior management.
- Attend meetings, transcribe minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Compose, produce and sign routine correspondence; manage incoming calls and act as receptionist when needed.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, including VIP amenity and donation records.
- Handle VIP amenity requests promptly and ensure safety procedures are communicated and followed.
- Assist in project coordination, problem solving and information gathering for executive decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and maintain confidentiality.
