About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves providing high‑level administrative and personal assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and calendars.
  • Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain important documents and records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other official documents.
  • Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and related logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow‑ups.
  • Support senior management with routine coordination and documentation.

Required profile

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Secretary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with presentable communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively.
