Executive Assistant to CEO – Emerging Business

About the role

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO to drive the long‑term objectives of the emerging business across all brands and functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination among multiple departments and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Execute projects across domains such as automating reports, managing Net Promoter Score metrics, tracking new store openings, rationalising supply‑chain costs, and creating marketing content for PR.
• Enable and support new business initiatives for the International Brands division.
• Maintain clear communication channels between the CEO and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a retail or luxury brand environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
