ERPNext / Frappe Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext/Frappe Developer to join our team in Udaipur. You will lead the migration of a legacy .NET system to ERPNext, covering HR, hospital management, procurement, manufacturing, education, and more. Your work will shape the long‑term maintainability of a multi‑year ERP implementation for a large non‑profit healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain customisations in a dedicated Frappe app without altering standard apps.
• Write server‑side Python (controllers, hooks, scheduled jobs, background workers) and client‑side scripts, custom reports, print formats, and dashboards.
• Ensure upgrade safety by choosing minimally invasive changes, keeping fixtures, patches and migrations clean.
• Develop migration scripts from the legacy .NET system with full validation, error reporting and rollback capabilities.
• Build integrations with biometric devices, payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp providers and hospital systems, handling authentication, retries and logging.
• Diagnose performance issues, add indexes, optimise queries and decide when database changes are required.
• Maintain all code in Git with meaningful commits, feature branches, code reviews and rollback procedures.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Frappe/ERPNext development.
• Strong Python skills and solid knowledge of MariaDB/SQL and JavaScript.
• Experience building and deploying a custom Frappe app and upgrading a live ERPNext instance across a major version.
• Proficient with Git branching, merging and deployment workflows.
• Currently based in India and willing to relocate permanently to Udaipur.
