MERN Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet high performance and user experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
• Implement and optimise features for performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects and technical issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
