About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized professional to join our Environment & Compliance department in Pydibimavaram, India. In this position you will help ensure that Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories maintains the highest standards of environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance across its operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor organizational activities to verify compliance with environmental regulations, standards and internal policies.
- Conduct environmental audits and assessments, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation, records and filing systems.
- Analyze environmental data and prepare compliance reports for management review.
- Identify potential compliance risks and propose corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of environmental management systems.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards.
