Entry Level Quality Control Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector will ensure that valves and related components meet the required quality standards before they leave the factory. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with inspection tools and documentation in a global energy technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform final inspection of valves according to approved drawings, specifications and quality plans.
• Conduct dimensional checks using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges and other measuring instruments.
• Inspect spares and components to verify compliance with defined requirements.
• Carry out incoming inspection of raw materials and purchased items.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, test certificates and material certificates.
• Ensure traceability and proper filing of all quality documents.
• Participate in training and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation habits.
• Willingness to learn quality‑control processes and work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers and height gauges.
• Understanding of basic inspection methods and quality‑control concepts.
