Enterprise Application Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Application Architect to lead the modernization of our enterprise applications into scalable, resilient, and cloud‑ready platforms using the Microsoft technology stack. The role owns end‑to‑end architecture, drives modernization strategy, and ensures long‑term platform sustainability while collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Define target architecture, reference patterns, and roadmaps for .NET‑based systems.
• Lead transformation from monolithic to modular, service‑oriented, cloud‑ready designs.
• Evaluate technical debt and drive structured refactoring and re‑architecture initiatives.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns and standards across applications.
• Remain hands‑on with .NET (Framework and .NET 9/10) codebases and Angular/AngularJS front‑ends.
• Review solution designs, code pull requests, architecture decisions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support complex production issues and validate implementations against architecture standards.
• Act as technical single point of contact across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads, facilitate architecture discussions, and enforce governance models.

Required profile

• Deep hands‑on expertise with .NET technologies.
• Proven experience modernizing legacy systems into contemporary architectures.
• Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns and cloud‑ready design.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and external vendors.
