Engineer – Design and Validation

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer to join our team and contribute to robust product design and validation. The role focuses on delivering engineering solutions that meet internal, customer, and specification requirements while keeping economic targets in mind.

Key responsibilities

• Perform activities in compliance with the engineering discipline development plan, internal requirements, customer requirements, and specifications.
• Lead robust design and validation efforts aligned with economic targets.
• Support technical architecture, standards assignments, and follow standardization rules.
• Participate in internal and supplier design reviews.
• Handle design, integration, and validation of blocks or complete products as required.
• Execute or support engineering simulations, coding, and validation tasks.
• Conduct design calculations, worst‑case/statistical analyses, and thermal studies.
• Perform or support engineering discipline tests and manage follow‑up activities.
• Report task progress and promptly escalate identified risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in engineering design, integration, and validation activities.
• Familiarity with engineering processes, design rules, and standardization practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Strong analytical mindset for simulations, calculations, and risk assessment.
