Electrician & Helper – Site Work in Chennai (Accommodation Provided)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Electricians and Helper‑Electricians for site work across the Vadapalani to Maduranthakam corridor. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome. Accommodation is provided for candidates coming from outside the area.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, wiring, and maintenance on construction sites.
• Assist senior electricians with material handling, tool preparation, and site clean‑up.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Report any issues or defects to the site supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior electrical experience.
• Willingness to work on site locations throughout the specified area.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary: INR 12,000‑13,000 per month for freshers (Helper) and INR 18,000‑20,000 per month for freshers (Electrician) during a 6‑month probation period; INR 16,000 for experienced Helpers and INR 23,000 for experienced Electricians thereafter.
