Electrical Technician (1-3 Years Experience)

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves hands‑on electrical work across residential, commercial and industrial projects, supporting senior engineers on site. The successful candidate will deliver quality electrical work, maintain equipment, and collaborate with the engineering team to meet project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical wiring, installation and troubleshooting for various setups.
• Assist with panel wiring, circuit connections and routine maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical standards.
• Support senior engineers during site work and project execution.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and keep accurate records of work performed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material procurement as needed.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• ITI qualification in Electrical.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work safely and follow compliance guidelines.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites within the region.
• Basic knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
