Early Career Campus Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Citi’s Human Resources Early Career team is seeking a proactive Early Career Campus Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for apprenticeship and graduate programs. You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless experience for all applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full talent acquisition cycle for Apprenticeship programs, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, process payments, and handle administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competency frameworks, and selection criteria.
• Provide regular recruitment management information (MI) and status updates to stakeholders.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessment centres.
• Ensure compliance with apprenticeship legislation and eligibility requirements.
• Plan and execute on‑campus and in‑house recruitment events, including presentations and networking sessions.
• Track and manage candidate pipelines using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Produce reports on hiring progress against headcount targets and generate candidate statistics.
• Coordinate pre‑employment checks and ensure adherence to hiring policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or campus recruiting, preferably for early‑career programs.
• Strong understanding of apprenticeship regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional HR teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
