Director, SAP Enterprise Applications – Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned Director to lead SAP enterprise application advisory services in Bengaluru. The role will drive large‑scale SAP transformation programs, advising clients on strategy and ensuring successful delivery across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑year, multi‑country SAP transformation programmes.
• Define programme structure, implementation roadmap and delivery approach (waterfall, agile or hybrid).
• Establish and run programme governance, including steering committees, PMO and work‑stream coordination.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget and benefits realisation while leading issue and risk management.
• Integrate functional, technical, data and change‑management workstreams.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, COOs and programme sponsors.
• Advise clients on SAP strategy, business case, operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Act as a trusted advisor on programme risks and mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large SAP transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex programmes across multiple geographies.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with capability to translate business objectives into SAP solutions.
• Leadership experience in consulting or advisory environments.
