Director of Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance will lead the Finance & Accounting division of Hyatt Hyderabad, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while delivering on employee, guest and owner expectations. The role is responsible for maintaining high standards of financial management across the property. You will oversee all financial operations, reporting and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the finance division in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain high standards of financial management and internal controls.
• Meet expectations of employees, guests and owners through accurate and timely financial information.
• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is an advantage.
• Minimum two years experience as Director of Finance or Finance Manager in a large operation.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
