Director – Digital & AI Transformation (Application Technology Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Director to lead Digital and AI Transformation initiatives within its Application Technology Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role involves partnering with senior business leaders to design and execute enterprise‑wide transformation roadmaps that drive operational efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive enterprise Digital & AI Transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy and organisational goals.
• Partner with CXOs and senior business leaders to identify transformation opportunities and define strategic roadmaps.
• Enable AI‑led business transformation and digital adoption across functions.
• Lead large‑scale transformation programmes, ensuring successful execution, governance and delivery of business outcomes.
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams to sustain transformation momentum.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience leading enterprise‑wide Digital and AI Transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership, define transformation roadmaps and deliver large‑scale business outcomes.
• Experience in consulting and client advisory engagements is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
