Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join Foiwe’s Bangalore office. You will design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads for our technology‑focused clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta and other platforms.
• Manage and grow social media channels with engaging content and community interaction.
• Monitor web analytics, assess performance data and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with design, content and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and manage paid advertising on Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and present actionable insights.
• Stay current with emerging digital‑marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital‑marketing experience, preferably in IT services or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Experience in B2B or technology‑driven environments is a plus.
