About the role

We are looking for a certified Digital Marketing Specialist to join Bright Matrix Specialist’s in‑house team. The role will operate on US working hours and focus on driving online growth and engagement across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email and social media.
Manage and expand our presence on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn.
Analyse performance data using Google Analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content and marketing objectives are aligned.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging tools.

Required profile

Certified Digital Marketing Specialist.
Willingness to work according to US business hours.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
