Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

AIMS Institutes is seeking a creative, analytical, and results‑oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to boost its online presence, generate high‑quality student leads, and enhance brand visibility across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust targeting and creatives to improve lead quality, conversions and ROI.
• Generate and nurture student leads through landing pages, lead forms and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to increase lead‑to‑enrollment conversion rates.
• Manage and grow social media channels with engaging posts, reels, videos, blogs, testimonials and event promotions.
• Maintain the institutional website, implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research and optimise content for organic traffic.
• Track campaign effectiveness, produce analytics reports and provide actionable insights.
