Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel digital campaigns for Growth Gravy’s clients. Based onsite in Panaji, you will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, search and email channels.
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets and timelines to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Oversee content creation and creative assets for all digital initiatives.
• Monitor performance using web analytics tools and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content and client‑facing teams to align activities with business objectives.
• Identify new growth opportunities, test innovative tactics and stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and managing integrated online campaigns.
• Strong social media marketing expertise to build and optimise brand presence.
• Lead generation experience, including funnel creation and conversion optimisation.
• Solid web analytics background with ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving and ability to translate business goals into digital initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an agency or fast‑paced digital environment is preferred.

• Google Analytics (or similar web analytics platform).
• Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
• Lead generation and funnel management.
