Marketing and Communication Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing and Communication Coordinator to support Victorino Luxury Homes in promoting its luxury real‑estate projects in Goa. The role will act as the bridge between internal teams and external creative partners, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time and align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant marketing models, campaigns, trends and ideas that can be adapted for Victorino Luxury Homes.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, performance‑marketing agencies, photographers, production partners and other vendors.
• Translate management directions into clear briefs and actionable instructions for external partners.
• Review and vet creative concepts, campaign communications, marketing collateral and other agency outputs against briefs, brand standards and project requirements.
• Manage revisions, ensuring feedback from management is incorporated and communicated.
• Oversee performance‑marketing activities, monitor campaign performance, lead quality, budgets, reach, engagement and related metrics.
• Collaborate with performance‑marketing agencies to analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Maintain marketing calendars, track deliverables and ensure campaigns are completed within agreed timelines.
• Follow up with agencies and vendors on pending deliverables and maintain organised records of campaigns, briefs, reports and communications.
• Support management in developing and implementing new marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within real‑estate or luxury sectors.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with capacity to manage multiple agencies, projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to grow into a broader marketing role.
