DevOps Project Manager

About the role

As a DevOps Project Manager within Infosys, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects that drive digital transformation for our clients. You will work across multiple Indian locations, collaborating with stakeholders to shape proposals, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of project proposals and review cost estimations.
• Gather and incorporate inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys competitively.
• Schedule assignments, monitor progress, and regularly report project status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing subject‑matter training in your focus areas.
• Foster a culture of high performance through timely feedback and recognition.
• Contribute to thought leadership within your technology specialization while adhering to Infosys policies and guidelines.

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
