About the role

Catch A Trip is seeking a Destination Expert specialized in International Holidays to drive high‑value sales. The role involves consulting with premium clients, designing bespoke itineraries, and converting enquiries into profitable bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international holiday enquiries from initial consultation through to booking confirmation.
• Gather client preferences, budgets and travel goals to create customized itineraries.
• Sell FITs, luxury holidays, honeymoons, family trips and bespoke international packages.
• Prepare and present detailed quotations, including hotels, activities, transfers and experiences.
• Maintain strong client relationships, follow‑up consistently and negotiate to close deals while protecting margins.
• Record all lead, quotation and booking data accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations, DMCs, hotels and travel partners for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on destination trends, visa requirements and seasonal travel patterns.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain high conversion ratios.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in international holiday package sales.
• Track record of consistent sales performance with measurable achievements.
• Experience handling high‑net‑worth (HNI) and premium clients.
• Strong knowledge of European destinations, especially Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, Netherlands and Scandinavia; additional knowledge of Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and other global destinations is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Hindi required, Marathi or Gujarati advantageous.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and lead management.
