Design Architect – Architecture Design Coordination Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Design Architect who will act as the Architecture Design Coordination Manager, overseeing design deliverables across all verticals of the industry. The role involves liaising with external consultants, authorities and internal teams to ensure that all drawings and specifications are accurate, compliant and issued according to departmental SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Verify conformity of Provident Standards and fine‑tune designs based on past project experience.
• Coordinate with architects, authorities and consultants to obtain NOCs and project sanctions.
• Represent Moef/Seac in presentations required for NOC approvals.
• Review sanction drawings, ensure correctness and manage final submission packages.
• Cross‑check area statements, sale drawings and agreement drawings against sanctioned documents.
• Collaborate with external architects, vendors, interior consultants and site teams to meet drawing schedules.
• Issue “good for construction” drawings for all disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, fire protection, HVAC, landscape, interiors, vendor) following ISO procedures.
• Prepare feasibility reports, presentations and drawings for new sites.
• Lead interior design and drawing preparation for clubhouse projects.
• Select materials, obtain approvals and coordinate landscape detailing.
• Produce technical specifications, secure management sign‑off and distribute to execution teams.
• Conduct weekly site visits to resolve design issues, approve samples and certify consultant invoices.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 70% in consultancy firms; experience in a builder’s firm is a plus.
• Strong time‑management, disciplined work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Team‑player with a passion for continuous learning.
