About the role
We are seeking a Deputy Team Leader to support the construction of India’s longest extra‑dosed cable‑stay bridge spanning 19.20 km over the Brahmaputra River, linking Assam and Meghalaya.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Team Leader in overseeing all phases of bridge construction, from design through commissioning.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across at least three countries and ensure compliance with multinational funding agency requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering, including at least 5 years supervising highway/expressway bridge projects.
- Graduate and postgraduate degrees in Civil Engineering; additional postgraduate or doctorate in Construction Management, Highway, Transportation, Structural, Geotechnical, or related fields is desirable.
- Age not exceeding 60 years and experience working in at least three countries, with two years abroad.
Required skills
- Bridge construction supervision and EPC project delivery.
- Experience managing large‑scale, multilateral‑funded infrastructure projects.
