Team Leader – Major Bridge Infrastructure Project

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Team Leader to oversee the construction of India’s longest extra‑dosed cable‑stay bridge, a 19.20 km structure spanning the Brahmaputra River and linking Assam with Meghalaya.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in at least three countries, including at least two years abroad.
• At least five years of construction supervision on highway/expressway bridge projects.
• Experience on a minimum of two bridge projects (cable‑stayed, suspension, extradosed or pre‑stressed) of 500 m+ length and spans of 125 m+.
• At least one project funded by a multilateral or bilateral agency with contract value exceeding Rs 1,750 Cr.
• Age not exceeding 60 years.
• Graduate and postgraduate degrees in Civil Engineering.
• Desirable: a second postgraduate degree or doctorate in Construction Management, Highway Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Soil Mechanics or Foundation Engineering.
